From sunrise to sunset, experience a Charleston Harbor boat tour at nearly anytime of the day. Whether you want to sail in the morning, at dusk or in the afternoon, we offer something for everyone. 

Seaglass Charters will provide bottled water and soda. You and your guests are welcome and encouraged to bring on board your own food and adult beverages (for those 21 and up) for sipping and snacking during our sail.

Morning Sail

Beat the heat of the midday sun and wake up with the shrimpers! The morning is one of the most desirable times on the water. Enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the sights before the Charleston Harbor fills up. You might even be able to see a few dolphins! Each additional hour; $150.

Afternoon Sail

Pack a late lunch and come aboard the Intrepid for a relaxing afternoon sail. As you enjoy your lunch, we’ll sail near all the historic Charleston sites for your viewing pleasure. And if you’d like, we can even anchor and just hang out while the world passes on by. Each additional hour; $150.

Sunset Sail

Whether you want to enjoy a romantic sail with your significant other or just take in the Holy City during the evening hours, there’s nothing quite like a Charleston sunset cruise. The beauty of the sun as it glistens off the sea while taking its final bow of the day will leave you breathless. Each additional hour; $150.

Passenger Agreement


In consideration of this charter reservation, Seaglass Charters LLC agrees to reserve the vessel and to contract captain and crew for your Charleston Harbor Cruise.

Fees and Rescheduling
Charter fees are deemed earned upon placing a hold for desired date and time. Charterer’s requests for rescheduling will be considered on a case by case basis and are subject to a rescheduling fee. The rescheduling fee is determined by the amount of notice given prior to the charter date and time and are as follows:
14 days or more prior to sail: $25
Within 14 days of sailing: $100
24 -72 hours prior to sail: $200
Requests to reschedule within 24 hours or less from the start time of the sail are not accepted and Charterer is responsible for full payment, regardless of whether the scheduled sail occurs or not.

Cancellation by Captain
Safety of our crew is our number one priority. The Captain is the sole authority in determining the safe operation of the sailing vessel. In the event of a cancellation by the Captain of the vessel due to severe weather, environmental conditions, unforeseen prohibitive events, or mechanical failure, the sail will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date prior to December 31st of the current year at no additional charge. Refunds are offered if we cannot make it happen. Severe weather is determined solely by the Captain of the vessel.

Cancellation by Charter Guest and Refunds
In the event of cancellation by the charter guest once paid in full, there will be a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the charter receive no refund. However, you may reschedule your charter if you wish, with applicable fees.

Damage to Vessel
In the event that the guests aboard cause damage to the vessel in any way, they will be billed and charged 100% repair or replacement cost of such item, machine, electronic, instruments, linens, towels, finishing etc. Damages will be documented and automatically charged to the account number given at the time of booking.

Drugs and Alcohol

The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden on board the vessel. This includes underage use of alcohol or cigarettes. Non-compliance of this rule will result in the termination of the sail and no refund will be given. This is a strict policy designed for your safety.

Charterer understands and accepts that there is an inherent risk of personal injury or accident, “Risks”, which may occur at marinas and aboard sailboats. Therefore, Charterer agrees to release and hold harmless Seaglass Charters LLC, its members, crew and agents from all liability and responsibility for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death however caused, including, but not limited to, product defect or the negligence of the released parties.

Charterer has discussed the Risks with their invitees, and all invitees have agreed to release and hold harmless Seaglass Charters LLC, its members, crew and agents in the same manner Charterer has in the above paragraphs. The foregoing notwithstanding, Charterer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seaglass Charters LLC, its owners, crew, and agents from any claims brought by Charterer’s invitees.

If it is necessary to obtain medical treatment for the Charterer or its invitees, regardless of cause, such expenses shall be paid by the Charterer. Authority is granted without limitation to Seaglass Charters LLC and its assigns in all medical matters to hospitalize and treat the Charterer.

Disputes shall be governed by Federal Maritime law. In any action against Seaglass Charters LLC, or its members, agents, partners, or employees, which results in a decision/judgment/decree/order/ stipulation or settlement substantially upholding Seaglass Charters LLC position, the adversary party shall reimburse Seaglass Charters LLC attorney’s fees, court costs and expenses.

Photography Release
I hereby grant Seaglass Charters LLC and his or her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter the same without restriction. I hereby release photographer and his or her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. If you do not wish to be in photographs, please state to the captain at the time of the charter.
